Our Uniti Fiber repair crews continue to make progress, although there are still isolated outages, primarily in Florida. Commercial power outages and storm debris remain obstacles.
We appreciate our customers’ patience, and we encourage everyone in areas impacted by the storm to avoid exposed cables and stay safe as the work week begins.
As Hurricane Isaias approaches, the Uniti Fiber team is actively monitoring forecasts, network conditions, and facilities across impacted areas.
Our network operations center is tracking activity around the clock, field personnel are positioned and ready to respond as needed, and we're coordinating closely with local emergency response organizations.
The safety of our customers, partners, communities, and team members remains our highest priority. While storms can be unpredictable, preparation is not. We're taking proactive steps now to help reduce impacts to critical connectivity services throughout the event.
We also encourage everyone in potentially affected areas to do the same: charge your devices, prepare your emergency supplies, and make sure your communication plan is up to date.
Uniti Fiber is ready to assist in the event you experience a service interruption. Please open a trouble ticket in OneView or call 877-652-2321.
Stay safe. Stay informed. Stay connected.
