By using Uniti OneView™, you agree that you will (a) be responsible for your users’ compliance with all Uniti policies and terms of services, including without limitation, its Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy; (b) be responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of your data that is uploaded to Uniti OneView™ and the means by which you acquired your data; (c) use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to or use of services and content, and notify us promptly of any such unauthorized access or use of your accounts; (d) use services and content of Uniti OneView™ only in accordance with the documentation and applicable laws and government regulations; (e) comply with terms of service of non-Uniti OneView™ applications with which you use services or content; and (f) promptly disable terminated employees in the ‘User Management’ section of Uniti OneView™ so that their access can be terminated and notify us promptly should you be unable to perform this task.
